dECOra WAY – fewer emissions more sense

Our response to environmental challenges is the dECOra WAY strategy – a tangible action plan for climate and sustainable development:

  • Production in a zero-waste model
  • Use of PCR – post-production recycled raw materials
  • Products meeting rigorous environmental standards (EPD Blue Angel certificates)
  • CO₂ emission reduction at every stage of the product life cycle
  • Eco-friendly packaging and logistics optimized for a smaller carbon footprint

We are one of the first companies in the industry to report in accordance with the new ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards).

Social

Together for a better tomorrow

We believe that a company is part of a larger community. That's why we actively support local initiatives and take action wherever we can make a real difference. Our social projects:

  • 'A new home a new start' – comprehensive renovation of the Children's Home in Bnin
  • Support for the 'Poranek' Home – creating comfortable living conditions for people with disabilities through donated materials and the renovation of common areas
  • Campaigns for animals – annual collections and material assistance for shelters. We support local foundations by donating funds and equipment for our four-legged friends.
  • Employee volunteering and integration programs – our employees are active participants in CSR activities. They initiate and implement many of our social projects.

DECORA S.A. operates in accordance with best corporate governance practices, in line with the guidelines of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and its own Code of Ethics and compliance policy.

  • Publicly available Rules of Procedure for the Management Board Supervisory Board and General Meeting
  • Procedure for reporting violations and protecting whistleblowers
  • Transparent ESG and financial reporting – including for investors
  • Education and training on ethics and ESG for employees and management
